Army Ten-Miler – Team Registration Info

Creating A Team 

Team Creation cost - $60. The cost includes the team setup and name only.  There is a processing fee for the team and the registrations.
Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations can only be purchased when the team name is created. The team captain may purchase up to 8 Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations for each team name. Each Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation is $89 plus processing fees. Example: For a team of 4 runners, the cost will be $60 + $356 ($89 x 4 runner registrations) plus processing fees. The cost of the ATM In-Person Team General Registration starts at $89 plus processing fees until April 30, 2024. Your Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations are valid from the date you register until August 23, 2024. Team registration will close on August 23, 2024, and any unused prepaid code after the expiration date will be null and void.  Team Registration fees will follow the Individual Registration price schedule and potential price increases (pictured at the bottom of this page).

• Must have a minimum of 4 runners
• May have a maximum of 8 runners
• All runners on the team must meet eligibility requirements or the team is subject to disqualification

What are the benefits of purchasing a Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations?

• You don't need to know the members of your team when you register a team name
• The race sells out quickly and the Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation is a guaranteed registration
   

How do you purchase a Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation?
The Team Captain (the person who creates the team) has the option to purchase a Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation when creating a team name. There is a question on the team registration form where the Team Captain has the option of purchasing up to eight (8) Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations per team.

Cost of Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations:
Pre-Paid Registration will follow the Individual Registration price schedule and potential price increases. Please note that prices will adhere to a price increase schedule and runners are encouraged to purchase registration, early to save.

How do you use a Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation?
On the registration form, there is a place to enter the Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation. The Team Captain can enter the runner or can give the runner the link to the Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation. The runner will automatically be placed on the team with which the team is attached.

• The Team Captain will receive the Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation in an email
• The Team Captain can also find the Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation in the Team Tools

When can I use my Pre-paid Race Entry Invitation?
Your Pre-paid Race Entry Invitations are valid from the date you register until August 23, 2024. Team registration will close on August 23, 2024, and any unused prepaid code after the expiration date will be null and void. 

Can a runner who registered using a code transfer to another runner?
